Are you a customer or supplier of Beetz?
Then we process your personal data to be able to contact you by telephone, if you wish, and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail/mail). We may also use your personal data in the context of carrying out an assignment given by your organization. Furthermore, we use your data to tailor the information that you see: for example, occasionally we may want to send you a news update and would rather not address you as ‘sir’ if you are a woman.
For these purposes, we use the following data:

- your (company) address details
- your telephone number(s)
- your e-mail address
- your gender
We keep your personal data as long as it is relevant to you or us. If you are no longer available on the data collected by us, because you have a different employer, for example, then your data will eventually be removed from our database. If desired, the data can be stored in an anonymous form immediately after the end of the agreement. Simply send an e-mail to email@example.com.

You can use this form to indicate that you would like to contact us. The purpose of this form is therefore to contact you. This can be done by telephone or e-mail. We store your data in our CRM system as long as you are considered ‘interested’ by us. If you no longer want us to save your data, you can let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will remove your data from our system.

Disclosure to third parties
We never just pass on your data to third parties. We use external parties to carry out the various purposes described above.
For example, we use a third party for:
- Our (financial) administration
- Website management
- Hosting support
Other parties to which we provide data will always enclose a processing agreement with us. This means that we have made agreements to guarantee the security of your data.
Only when we are legally obliged, do we share your data with other parties. For example, if the police requests (personal) data from us for an investigation. We are then obliged to cooperate and share this information. In addition, we may share data with third parties if you have given your consent for this.
Your data is and remains yours
Do you want to know exactly what data we have from you? Just ask us for an overview. At your request we can also change your personal details, delete them, or transfer them to someone else. Send your request to email@example.com, and we will take care of it.
